Hi, I’m Chani Grieve

Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer, Embodiment Facilitator,

Neurosensory Movement Practitioner, Mother, and Artist

I support and train people to discover for themselves the wisdom of their bodies and the power of their minds.

I offer :

  • mindfulness and meditation classes, workshops and retreats

  • individual mentoring, coaching and supervision

  • organisational well-being and workplace consulting

  • movement classes and one-to-one body work

Develop the skills and the confidence you need to access your own inner resources, and take the reins on your growth and healing.

I draw on 17 years experience as a dedicated meditation practitioner and teacher, Feldenkrais-trained neurosensory practitioner, and trauma-informed embodiment facilitator. I use tested and reliable inner and outer methods of practice and enquiry to inform your process, from both ancient and modern wellsprings of wisdom. Supported by an incredible body of knowledge and research, you will build trust in your direct experience and grow your capacity to unfold within your unique life situation.

Together, we can outline a roadmap or pathway of development to take you from wherever you are now in the direction of where, and who, you want to be. I will provide you with clear guidance, practices and resources, inspiration, and ongoing support for your journey.
