Group movement classes are an engaging way to get you moving with awareness on a regular basis.

 

In group movement classes you will…

We utilise The Feldenkrais Method® - a revolutionary system of learning based on principles of neuro-plasticity, body mechanics, physics and martial arts, developed by Dr Moshe Feldenkrais. Through awareness, play, novelty and rest, we can change our brain to make incremental and sometimes dramatic improvements in our habitual patterns of movement. This reduces pain and dysfunction, increases enjoyment, and leads to lasting change on a fundamental level.

These courses are suitable for both beginners and those with experience.
