Intention - the energy behind what we do

“Love is like bread.

It needs to be made fresh every day.”

So, too, with our intentions.

Intention, conscious or unconscious, shapes everything we do and experience.

What is an intention?

Where do our intentions emerge from?

How do they infuse our lives, our thoughts, our actions?

What are the dreams we wish to embody?

What is the thread we are following?

This workshop offers space to slow down, feel into and explore this key aspect of our lives. Through gentle movement, spacious contemplation and creative enquiry, we will move through the layers of our experience to connect with our deeper core knowing, the living river of inspiration that informs and animates our intentions.

Can we align ourselves wholeheartedly with that beautiful impulse?

And what gets in the way?

Through our curious and loving attention, we invite the intelligence of our own body, heart and mind to clarify, strengthen and more fully express our intentions for life and living.
