Spring Morning of Mindfulness

“Befriending Reality”

If mindfulness is about anything it is about befriending reality

What might this look like, feel like, be like, for us?

In this morning of shared practice and enquiry, we will take time to tune in to what is really going on with us - to listen to the unique pulse of life within. We'll observe and acknowledge what we're navigating, without exaggeration, without denial. We'll breathe in, and out, and allow the simple art of our intentional presence to restore us to sanity.

This may sound simple, and it is.

It may sound difficult, and it is!

Yet it is in these quiet simple moments, staying loyal to what is actually true in our experience, that a radically different way of being is cultivated, practiced, strengthened and revealed. From there, a fresh response to the life we actually have emerges with beauty and truth.

The sessions are for anyone wishing to develop or deepen their practice in supportive company. The session will include gentle movement, guided meditation practice, creative enquiry, and a shared morning tea.

Registration is essential as spaces are limited.
