Level Up Mindfulness is for anyone with some experience in mindfulness who wants to take their practice to the next level.
Each class is 1.5 hours, on 4 consecutive Monday evenings
6:30pm - 8pm, February 10th, 17th, 24th, and March 3rd.
It will be held at Pūtangitangi Greenmeadows Centre - Kotuku Room - Corner of Songer St and Main Road Stoke.

When the challenges of life come our way, what happens to our practice? Is it something we lean into, or something we forget?

We will troubleshoot any difficulties and the inevitable obstacles that arise.
We will strengthen positive habits to embed the learning and build a sustainable and satisfying practice.
