Cultivating Mind-FULL-ness : Transforming your Difficulties into Fuel for Growth

Mindfulness is so much more than just paying attention. It is a method for entering the FULLness of life – the good, the bad and the ugly – and learning to dance with it all.

Many people get discouraged with their mindfulness practice when difficult states and old habits seem to take over. However, when we know how to recognise these states and work with them skilfully, we can literally transform anything that we experience into fuel for our practice and personal growth.

Just as from compost we can grow a magnificent garden, so too we can transform all of our difficulties with our curious, mindful, loving attention. In this session we’ll identify some of the common obstacles we all experience in mindfulness practice, learn how to work with them, and see how they begin to transform right before our eyes!

There will be a short introduction, a guided experiential practice, and time for Q and A.
