Weekly Meditation Sessions

7:15 pm - 8:30pm every Wednesday

The Ballroom, Fairfield House, Nelson

Come and practice simple breathing meditation in a supportive and caring atmosphere.

This is a universal practice and the sessions are open to everyone, from beginners through to experienced, people from any religious tradition and people with no religious affiliations.

No need to register, just show up!

The facilitators are all experienced practitioners, and we support and learn from everyone’s wisdom.

Meditation tuition is available on request.

There is a bowl available for Dana/Donation/Koha to cover the venue hire.
