Upcoming classes, courses and workshops
Practicing with a group is a fantastic way to feel supported in your practice and to take it even further.
We are very fortunate in Nelson to have a huge range of group classes and courses available. I am closely involved and regularly facilitate with The dharmasphere Collective in Nelson, Wangapeka Study and Retreat Centre, and Mindfulness Works NZ.

Creative Awakening
This community led retreat is a chance to explore aspects of our individual and collective creativity on the path to healing, opening and freeing the heart. It is suitable for those new to meditation and those who already have some experience.
Temple of the Senses
An opportunity for women to gather to rest, practice and be together. Supported by meditation and embodiment practice, a community of women and a stunning natural environment, we will nourish and tend to our sense doors, with the intention of developing clear awareness.
The Courage to Question - Young Adults Retreat 2020
YAR creates space for people of the same generation to develop and deepen a meditation practice together, to bring the ancient teachings of liberation to life in our modern context.
Touching Base
In this day of deepening and enquiry, we will explore through movement and meditation the art and skill of Touching Base. By softening into the body through gentle, intelligent movement, we also learn to recognise the power of our own minds, and how to stay fully present, at home, in this body, on this earth.
Bloom - Annual Women's Retreat with Jess Huon
In this year’s annual women’s retreat we’ll explore practices that ‘hit the mark’ as contemporary multi-faceted women. We’ll practice getting under ‘overwhelm’ and activating our life force. Feminine streams in the Dharma will support our inquiry.
How can we continue to bloom, wherever we find our-selves?'
